TLC Aged Care employs RNs Division 1, RNs Division 2, RNs Division 3, Personal Care Workers, Lifestyle Workers, Managers, Team Leaders, RCS Specialists, and Administration and Maintenance staff.

The information provided will be treated confidentially and will be considered in relation to this position only. A police check is conducted every three years.

Awards/Recognition
TLC Aged Care recognises the excellent work carried out by staff and the wonderful service given to residents and families. In order to acknowledge outstanding performance, TLC Aged Care introduced "Team Member of the Month" in May 2002. Each month, in all TLC homes, a staff member/s will be named "Team Member of the Month" and will receive a gift in recognition of their contribution. Monthly winners will be eligible for "Team Member of the Year" prize. Residents, families and staff are encouraged to make nominations.

Learning and Development
TLC Aged Care, in our commitment to providing the best care possible to residents, recognises the importance of providing and facilitating staff development activities which support the delivery of high quality care.

Learning opportunities are available to staff through in-house training sessions, The Aged Care Channel and external providers.

All new staff attend an orientation program on commencement. The program provides an introduction to TLC Aged Care's Policies and Procedures as well as orientation specific to the facility where the person is employed.
